Workplace training
RFSL Uppsala offers on-site workplace training in LGBTQIA+ topics for businesses, authorities, and organizations in Uppsala. Our goals are to increase knowledge of LGBTQIA+ topics among the general population, combat workplace discrimination, and foster inclusive work environments where everyone feels welcome and is treated with respect.
The training consists of presentations on the requested topics, combined with discussions and exercises. The training can be adapted according to the knowledge level and specific interests of the group. We can touch upon:
- LGBTQIA+ terms and definitions, different aspects of gender and sexuality, and the importance of terminology.
- History of LGBTQIA+ rights in Sweden.
- Understanding norms, the impact of cis- and heteronormativity, and working with norm criticism.
- Strategies for building a more inclusive workplace.
Bear in mind that the workplace training offered by RFSL Uppsala is not equivalent to the more in-depth LGBTQIA+ certification program conducted by RFSL Utbildning.

Price
The price depends primarily on the length of the training. For a shorter training course of 1-1.5 hours, we charge 15 000 SEK (without VAT), while a longer training (2h+) with multiple meetings starts at 20 000 SEK (without VAT).
